"Proofing process was a bit of a headache"
The sign turned out fine in the end, so no big complaint there, but the whole proofing part was more confusing than I expected. I approved what I thought was the final version, then later got another message saying there was a change, which pushed everything back. I was checking my email in between errands that day and just wanted it sorted. Customer service did reply, but the answers weren’t super clear. Not the worst experience, but I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

Really happy with my new house sign. I wasn’t really expect too much for the price, but it look nice and feels decent quality. Ordering was easy and it arrive quicker than I thought it would. For what I paid, I can’t complain. It looks way better than the old one!

"Color wasn’t quite what I expected"
When I received it, the first thing I noticed was that the color looked a little different from what I was expecting. It’s not a huge issue, but based on the photos/listing I thought it would be closer to a different shade. Overall, it’s okay, just not exactly the color I had in mind.

"Pretty easy to figure out"
I was ordering a sign while sitting at my kitchen table after dinner, and the website was simple to get around. Making the sign itself was straightforward, even though it took me a minute to find a couple of the options I wanted. Nothing too frustrating though. Checkout was quick, and overall I’d use it again

"Lots of custom options, maybe too convenient"
There were plenty of choices for customizing, and it was easy to figure out. Almost suspiciously easy, like they knew exactly what I’d want before I did. But hey, I’m not complaining, it worked well and gave me good options.

"Ordering was clunkier than I expected"
Ordering my house sign ended up feeling more awkward than it really should have. Compared with other sites where you can pick size, colour, and fittings quickly, this one felt a bit unclear, and I had to keep going back to double-check what I’d selected.
The checkout did work in the end, but on my phone it felt slow and not especially smooth. It wasn’t a disaster, but for something as simple as ordering a house sign, I expected the whole process to be easier...

"Really happy with this sign"
I’m really pleased with it. The sign feels solid, looks clean, and it went up on the wall looking even better than I expected. Then again, wow, it just completely changes the feel of the room. Super happy with the purchase.

I ordered a house sign from housesignsdirect.co.uk and, to be honest, I’m pleased with how it turned out.
The website was straightforward enough to use, and the finished sign looks really nice. Delivery was a bit slower than I expected... but nothing too dramatic.
For the price, the quality seems good and it looks smart up on the wall. I’d probably use them again, I’d just order a little earlier next time.

"Pretty close, not exact"
The sign looks nice enough, but the design was a little off from the preview. Spacing and size didn’t feel quite right. It’s still usable and arrived fine, just not exactly what I expected

"The sign turned out okay in the end..."
The sign turned out okay in the end, but the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be. I emailed a couple of times and had to keep chasing just to get updates. When I finally did get a reply, it was short and didn’t really answer much. Nothing was a complete disaster, but my gut feeling was right from the start that the communication just wasn’t great. I probably wouldn’t rush to use them again.

Overall, I’m happy with it!! The material feels solid and not cheap at all, and the finish looks decent too... I did notice one tiny mark on the edge, but it’s not a huge deal!!!

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
I wasn’t really in a rush for the house sign, so I didn’t check on it too much at first. The packaging was decent and everything looked fine when I opened it, no damage or anything like that. The tracking didn’t update as well as I would’ve liked, which was a bit annoying, but in the end it actually arrived quicker than I expected. Overall, happy with it, just knocking off a star for the tracking.

"Got sorted eventually, but kind of proved my worries right"
I had a problem with my house sign order and, to be fair, they did fix it in the end. But I had to chase a lot more than I expected, and the replies felt slow, so I was left not really knowing what was going on. I’m always a bit wary of ordering custom stuff online because I assume it’ll turn into a bit of a faff, and this experience didn’t do much to change my mind. The final sign was fine, but the whole process was more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Packed Like It Was Carrying Ancient Treasure"
My house sign arrived completely safe, the packaging was ridiculously sturdy. I was fully prepared to find a chip or a little mark somewhere, but nope, absolutely flawless. I may have dramatically inspected it from every angle like a detective, but not a single scratch. Very happy with it!
